i have been given an ebook on how to attune yourself to kundalini reiki through all levels, i would like to share this book with everyone but it is a large file and i dont know how to link it up to here, can someone help me with this.

Perhaps it will just be easier for people to request the file and you can send it as an attachment.
I found that it really is quite a charged manual and includes a section on how to use etheral crystals for healing.
