yay reiju

I really like using the reiju empowerments on my self ( I've never done them on anyone else).  I would like to do them once a week but I usually forget but when I do remember to it's like getting re-attuned.  I really do need to start doing it every week it really clears me out and raises my energy.

hello :)

How do you go about doing reiju for yourself? ???
is it done in the same manner as giving it to someone else or do you send in time and by visualisation?

I use visualisation. It works just fine.

Reiju is an empowerment usually taught once one has completed the four levels allowing one to become a master, and has shown their master they are ready.  There are no secrets in Reiki, but giving Reiju places that person in a spiritual position that requires a pure connection to the pure Reiki vibration.  The person should be fully aware of what they are doing and why -- the same attitude they have when they honor another by inviting them into the light through an attunement.  Reiju is a wonderful empowerment that has been changed in form by many since it was first used by Mikao Usui; but it still is received givng the person the energy that is needed for their journey and nothing more -- if given correctly in compassion without attachment to any outcome.   As with anything once the student is ready the teacher will appear.

Tan Tien is the chakra two (or three, I forget) finger widths down from your navel and about an inch inward.

A dan Tien is not a chakra.  The dan tien system is a different system form the chakras.  Location of the second dan teins about 1.5 inches below the belly button and about 3 inches inside the body
