2nd attunement experience - Coldness

Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if anyone has experienced coldness after their 2nd attunement.  For 2 days my body and hands just won't warm up.  I am drinking more water and hot tea.  Does this sound like a symptom?

Yes Kathy, each individual is different in how the attunement process affects them.  I guess yours is to feel cold which is okay in the summer, not in winter though.

It'll pass soon, just fill up the hot water bottle :)

hee heee.  I won't even use it.  After all the reiki every sent.  I am warm once again....
