Something I noticed, that I'm sure someone else has: 3-D grids.

I created a crystal grid in my room for protection (and incidentally, energy from the quartz I used; I sort of forgot about that while I was creating it) with amethyst, aquamarine, carnelian, and clear quartz. But I used every single wall and the ceiling and the floor, and the focal point for the entire grid was a clear quartz sphere floating at the center of my room. It was a bit complicated to visualize, but the finishing effect was... amazing. I could *feel* my room vibrating with energy and the shields around my room were... suddenly incredibly strong. They were pretty strong to begin with, but with the crystal grid, my room feels even more like a sanctuary.

And thank you for the welcome, Sage :)

Austin,
It sounds wonderful in your sanctuary... :)

A sacred space is important indeed... :)

Long before I started using ethereal crystals, I used a merkaba, which is also 3-D, and it spins... ;D
I started doing meditations in one then*knew* that I could put one around my rooms, car, house.....
maybe I shall make it a crystal merkaba... :)

by the way, are you left-handed?

Alley,

It *is* wonderful in my room. My little refuge. It was like that even before, but the crystals made it even moreso. Perhaps I should attune my room to Ethereal Crystals? :P

I've finally seen what a merkaba actually looks like, and I must admit... they're beautiful. I'm still not too familiar with the shape however, but I will try meditating in one--that sounds like a wonderful idea!

And actually, I'm not left handed. Although I do play piano.

I am nosey, Jenn in case you didn't know....

actually I have noticed that many 3-D thinkers are lefthanded and/or right brain thinkers, and for Austin to talk about floating the center crystal it made me intrigued.... ;)
