thank you very much!

I felt a great relief last night in the hours after I posted my request - both physically and mentally.

Aches came back very briefly this morning, responded immediately to exercise.

Anxiety came back briefly, too - but in a more subtle way - allowing me to look at it and understand (hopefully!)
