Should I take a class?
« on: December 29, 2003, 06:00:34 PM »
A while ago I registered for a free Reiki I class in my area. I wasn't aware of distant attunements when I registered, but I've since been distantly attuned to Level I and II.

This class isn't until February. Is there any reason I should take the class? It appears to me that the lesson material is stuff I've already read many times on the Internet. I've read multiple versions of Level I and II manuals.

what do you think?

John

Hi John...I don't think there is a reason to take the class if you don't feel you need it...But think of it this way...It's free! Ok ...besides that...It will give you an opportunity to feel the energy from different people and will help to practice Reiki one on one with a living human being...Might be worth the effort if you have the time...Blessings Jeanie

Yep, the good part of in person classes is warm contact of hands on your body when other people practice reiki on you.
You will never feel that with distance healing.
To me, warm human touch is what reiki is all about...
