Hello Elaine,
about dragon reiki you can read more on
it on their official site at www.dragonreiki.com

But it's a fact that all energy is one, it has the same source,
every system you can only use by intent, not just by following
a manual.

Why so many reikis? i don't know the answer, but it is for sure,
the even if one would have been attuned to 50 different styles,
that person would be the best or better said the most spiritual and
powerfull healer. One still must receive experience with time and
grow with time.
Another thing that is also true is that some reiki styles also include
different 'bonuses' or empowerments. So you can't say, ever,
that one reiki style is better than the other, everyone must decide what
to do or learn.

Sincerely yours,
Andrej

Andrej, I really liked your reply to the issue of many
types of Reiki. I personally like there being so many
to choose from.  To me it feels that my attunements
help my uniqueness and to become more who I want
to be. The attunements I chose allow me to explore
and work with things I've always been drawn to (i.e.
etherial crystals because I've always LOVED stones
 and their properties.) Blessings...

 Sincerely,

There are many Reiki masters who feel that there is no difference between any of the versions of Reiki. In other words, they feel that Reiki is Reiki, and there's no reason to complicate with all of these various flavors.

To be honest, I'm beginning to wonder about this. It seems like there are 50 different flavors of Reiki out there and I'm beginning to wonder if they're really all the same and any difference we noticed is a result of our expectations.

Food for thought, I suppose.

yep know what u mean neibi, and i am one of the masters that think reiki is reiki and all the flavours come from the same source, but if mickey mouse reiki heals more people, and laods of miracles happen with another flavour then of course i would move on, this is only my opinion though  :)

I am very confused when you say you are one of those people who believe reiki is reiki from just one source.
In another letter you were telling someone about how they should feel after attunements.  Think I understand but not certain.

Would you be good enough to clarify for me?  I am a usui master but have been attuned to gaia now, violet flame and currently studying karuna ki.  All the same??  I should stop this?  Help.

Hi,
I think you know about “Kundalini Awakening”. Some people are achieving it through meditation, some through hard yogic exercises and some through prayers that different methods for the same goal.
Different type of Reiki would be different method to become the channel of Reiki may be. I am nobody to say an opinion as you are a Reiki master even.

Angel,

I believe that all reiki healing comes from the same source, so why do we have so many flavours they all claim to be better and stronger than each other, if people find that one flavour helps them to grow more spiritualy than another one that's fine, plus they are stronger reiki channels, and that this flavour heals more dis-eases than say the Usui Reiki System.

On to your question,

Would you be good enough to clarify for me?  I am a usui master but have been attuned to gaia now, violet flame and currently studying karuna ki.  All the same??  I should stop this?  Help.

Should you stop ? no its up to you and your intuition, and your ability to cope with the energies, if you feel ok and not ill then why not, it would be a good idea if you and other people posted what these various energies, and attunements did you you.

My attunements over the last 7 years, Usui Reiki all 3 levels, and yes i know that some masters charge for a made up level 3a or 4 they charge you another fee for showing you how to pass on attunements, what a rip off. I am also attuned to Seichim Reiki, and Gaia-Now plus attuned to level 1 of Tera-Mai, plus Violet Flame Attunement, this was part of the Tera-Mai level 1 attunement, this was way back in 1997, I found Tera-Mai a very powerful and complete energy due to the four elements, Reiki is connected with the earth element. Sakara is connected with the fire element, and works well in the aura it cleanses the chakras, and burns through blockages. Sophi-El is connected with the water element, and Angeliclight is connected with the air element, the only reason i did not take the other levels was the costs of the attunements.

Pravasi,

Please don't put yourself down your opinions are important, i may have been doing reiki for many years but i don't know it all, plus i learn things from people who are new to reiki  :)

Mick -

Thank you so much for getting back to me.  I think I understand a little better and in time things will fall into place.

Of all my attunements,  the Violet Flame is my favorite.  It seems to get good results and for me it is very easy to visualize the flame and say the mudra - though I am not doing it for 21 days straight.  Were you attuned to all levels of Violet Flame or did you self-attune (that's what I did - worked like a charm).  I did no levels.

Gaia-Now was a strong attunement but I don't seem to use it as much...maybe I will eventually.

I am really enjoying the karuni ki...I am very drawn to the symbols and easy flow of the hands...it seems very very natural.  I never really liked all the usui hand positions anyway...they got in the way of my healing and I do best without actual touching people....I like to feel the energy around them and go from there.

Pravasi -

Yes, I am a master..but it means only that I was attuned to master level and can pass on attunements and teach when I am ready.....you can become a master today if someone will attune you.....it is no big deal.  Some people enjoy staying at Level 1 all the time....actually if you want the truth...I LIKE TO SAY I AM A USUI REIKI MASTER. How is that  for spirituality???? I have a long way to go but having fun...I love reiki.   Open your crown...sending you and mick some violet rays...please accept my gift.

God bless.

Angel

general question ot those who've recieved ttunements in multiple schools: sensations during attunements aside: do you feel that you can actually draw on one energy rather then the other? do you open up to one, then open up to another, and fel a difference? it seems to me that most schools still hold true to the 4 original symbols, and maybe 2 or 3 others (usually tibetan). i was wondering if you can actually feel a different flow, and intentioanlly. i have only been attuend to usui reiki, but my master was one of those who fell into the category of believing all reiki to be the same, and i wonder if the different sensations from attunements relate to different styles or just different masters? i've recieved attunements from 2 different people, and i can say there was certainly a differnce there.

just an idea
dave

PS: pardon my ignorance if this question is stupid.

I am as befuddled as you are and searching for the same answers.  From my own experience I simply know that when I call in the violet flame the energy (tingling, vibrations)  comes to me very very quickly and very strong.  Is this in my head as opposed to calling in a different energy?  I don't know.  I wish I could answer that myself.....whatever it is, it  just works so maybe I have to just stop trying to make sense of it and go with it....part of my christian upbringing was to "believe" where there are no answers and not to keep questioning things (which I find hard to do).  But it is a very calming thought to just "let it go" and not look for answers, right?  Next week I get attuned to Karuna Ki...I will let you know if that feels differently from the others.

What are your thoughts?  By the way, your questions aren't dumb...they are the same as mine....

I used to think that the different flavors blend? But now I see for some people they remain  individual.
Angel, I understand about the violet flame being a powerful focus in activating the energy, and I can't wait to hear about your Karuna Ki.  This is so great!! (this forum) I used to ponder alone and now I can ponder with others.
thank-you for this opportunity.

You guys are driving me crazy....(I will, however, accept the lovely karma point) but I still cant give points or remove them.     There is supposed to be a link on the left side somewhere????  Where?  I cant find any links.
Alley - you dont know what they are talking about either, do you?  Only our moderators can give points.....that's what I think -  that's why we dont have the "special karma link"......grrrrrrrrrrr

Yeah Angel,
I think they toy with our desire to give karma points. Ah well I  don't know if I'd be responsible enough, I'd  prolly give them out too much and wreak havoc with the whole point system.
