You are just confusing two different things. Zikar[Chanting the name of Allah] is a way to remember Allah .It goes according to the saying of Quran ,’You remember me on earth and I will remember you in heavens, You remember me in low voice I will similarly remember you and id you remember me in a loud voice I will do the same. The practice of remembering Allah in a loud voice has been in practice in the times of Prophet Mohammad [pbuh] as well as several Sahaba [companions of prophet] have reported that they used to do the Zikar in a loud voice as well after prayers of whose echo could be heard in our homes as well.For example Zikar ” La Illaha Illal la ho” is the top zikar, which means “There is no god but Allah”.This is when practiced in Sufisim is known as “Nafi Asbat” which means you negate every thing except Allah. Sufis have developed it symbolically by the physical movement by pointing it towards the location of sixth chakra with the eye and moving it upto the first Chakra and closing it at heart Chakra in an angular movement, the more it is practiced the more your spiritual level increases ,then there are visions attached to it. Similarly there are other Zikars as well. which are used to clean the heart of bad karmas and purify it to make it crystal clear so that the light of Allah purifies the heart and is the seat of Allah, as what famous Sufi Baba Bhulley Shah has put in his poetry “You demolish mosque, You may demolish the Temple but do not demolish some ones heart as in it the Allah resides.’ The Zikar is way to Allah. It is said that once Prophet Mohammad[pbuh] was sitting and said I wish I would go and sit with my brothers thrice his companions asked for whom are you talking about to which he replied who will come after me and would be doing the Zikar .For them Allah will say to the angels ,I have forgiven them all who are present in the gathering .then the angels would ask even those who were pasers by and just stopped to listen Allah would reply yes.Zikar is the greatest worship .Zikar has been the part of Jewish and Christian spiritualism as well foe example when they would Chant the name of God ‘Ahgla’ they would vibrate it as Ah! glaaaaaaa!!! In Reiki practices the actual word for chanting is ‘AUM’ and not’ OM ‘which means I AM .which is also echoed as AU!MMM,,,,,!
These zikars actually create vibrations in your body which bring changes in the molecular structure of human body and the effects starts to come .and the Aura gets clear and stronger and the connection gets stronger and one starts meeting and traveling in the astral world as one should be like others to meet the people in Astral world as there are 18000 worlds and 18000 creations of Allah as has been put up by a Sufi Sultan Bahu.
Chilla is a spiritual exercise in which sometimes certain verses of Quran or names of Allah are given by the master/teacher or guide under special circumstances and for a specific purpose for example if you want to learn healing then to obtain certain powers associated to it are to be taken control of which is done by recitation and repetition of words and verses. Every alphabet has a certain power attached to it which when combined with different alphabets become a compound power and with it astral powers are controlled or negative waves are taken care of. There is a long discussion and needs lot of time which I will explain separately some other time.

I think you are confusing the things .Yes it is true that we must call
Allah for help there is no doubt about it. We should also keep in mind
that every thing comes from one source i.e. is Allah is creator of all
and every thing good or bad as per Quran. The system is created as such
that for every thing has an anti dote, as God has itself said in Quran
that there is no disease for which I have created the medicine. The
disease is caused by the negative waves which goes inside our body with
our breath .Reiki waves are all positive waves which are a counter for
those negative waves ,it is as we give different names to medicines for
different diseases but trust in God for cure. Similarly we call Reiki
or other waves as an antidote for those negative waves and
visualizing and calling is as the method of how to take the
medicine. Our purpose of creation is to look for what God has created
and when we struggle and find it we say Subhan Allah which is among the
GReatest and beloved Ibadat or worship. There is a concept Of Waseela in Islam
where we pray to God Through them. Islamic history is full of such
incidences when the Sahaba in time of trouble or in war called Prophet
Mohammad{pbuh] for help, and even today when some one gets in trouble
or require courage to boast himself calls Ali [R.A] for help.
God does not come to earth to help but if you trust him then he creates
the Wassela amongst its creations. We are all puppets in his hands and
play according to his will When the time of cure comes we reach the
right person . Yesterday i saw a very interesting quotation
'The art of medicine is to amuse the patient, while Nature cures the
