greetings to all
I am not sure if  i could be seen as greedy or rude in askin this quistion if i am i  will say sorry now  for any offence caused
my main problam seem to be certificates i do not doubt for a second that any atunnement a master says have been given has been passed on but  i would like to work in a couple of  places  that ask to see proof  and insurance before you can work with them  i under stand that things like this cost money and would be willing  to pay any charge  within reason  if any one can point me in the  direction of a master that may be able to help   i would be most  thankfull

It is only natural that people want to see your certificate as a proof.

Well, as for your question, I think every master in here offers certificates. Contact any of them and I am sure you will get what you want...
