Do your pets like Reiki as much as mine do?

 Whenever I am doing Reiki on someone my two cats prowel around, up on the table with the reciever, down on the floor to rub against my feet and legs.  The older one likes to try to settle near the feet of the reciever.

When I offer Reiki to him, he seems to scoff at me like he IS Reiki and I am merely a human channel but it's his energy.  
 
My younger cat is  living luxury, he is huge and fluffy and beautiful and he likes to recieve Reiki from me.

My Black Labrador dog likes small spurts of Reiki, when he has had enough he flickers his eyebrows at me to tell me that it's enough.

Does anyone else have animal Reiki stories??

yep our dog as tummy ache very bad at times, when animals are in pain they try and run away so he paces from room to room, but five minutes beaming reiki at him sends him to sleep the pain goes away in a couple of minutes  

our cat thinks he is the master, spends most of the time on the wifes knees he only comes to me when he wants reiki, he was ill last week not eating, looking blank bit like me at times   anyway he came to me so reikied him the only place that a lot of energy was drawn was his tummy, he was fine the next day

 The CATS. They are SOMETHING. We don't have pets but some while ago we had the privilege of being "owned" by three generations of a cat named "Ash". Unfortunately we had to put a stop to that last year. But I used to Reiki the third generation of the majestic family.One of them was very fond of it. It would just roll over and sleep. And there was another aggressive fluffy monster , who would otherwise "command" me to stroke it, but somehow would read my mind when I think Reiki and would run away.( Cats are psychics of some sort.)

Cats sure do seem to have an affinity for Reiki. On the second day of my attunement when it came time to practice on each other, the Reiki Master's cat jumped on me while I was receiving reiki and lay at my feet. Well when the person who was giving me Reiki stepped away briefly to speak with the master, the cat took over and proceeded to walk on me, purr and knead as cats are prone to do. I guess she niced to not let a good opportunity slip away Pretty much everbody in the room seemed to be in awe.

A reiki Master told me once that the vibration reiki energy gives of and the vibration when cats Purrrr is the same wavelength ... Dont know if it is true, but this woman has never lied to me and it does sound like it could be right !... right ?
But I know my cat loves LOVES reiki ... and it's like she picks it up where ever she may be. When I'm busy with some one, she can be playing outside, with in 5 min of me starting she will be at my door ....

my cats loves Reiki too. And my dog don´t like it.
In my cure, it s the same.
But the dog from my neighbours like it. He was very ill (a big dog 25 pounds) and I gave him Reiki for two times.
After it. Everytime when I went to my neighbours and sat down on the sofa the big, big dog was sitting on my knees. I think that he thought he was a small poodle or so.

My dog is a reiki fiend!!!

I run my hand over her coat and you can just see these eyes of hers light up with the beauty and good vibes of the energy flow.  She gets real calm and sits down looking as noble as can be.

I might sound nuts, but I tingle with the energy intensely whenever she wags her tail around me.  I think she has opened up herself, but I want to get her attuned to make this deal more official.

My cat likes to jump up on the table when I give my hubby a treatment, and soak it up, then stares at me, like I need to take lessons from her!   May be she can teach me more! She hurt her front paw a while back, I gave her a treatment, she laid her paw in my hands and kept it there for a few min., seemed to help her, she was walking on it great the next day and what looked like an infection was gone the following day! I can't speak for Ben our dog, but assume he enjoys the daily treatment. In the last few days though, our Duck has taken to coming and sitting down (if thats what ducks do) and watching as I do the business on Ben. You cannot usually get close to the duck, he is very timid and runs away. That's possibly something to do with the fact that we have orange trees in the garden and he has heard the occasional mention of Orange Sauce
