i would recommend a stretch meditation routine.

where you do stretches and breath smoothly..
sometimes it's easier to meditate when your mind still has something to do,
like keep your balance.

it would also help improve flow of positive energy and release uncomfortable energies inside your bodies.

anger is a tough one,
my family and i struggled with it for years!

exercise(my mom runs and my dad lifts and bikes and i do stretching),
diet,
and sleep was we finally got rid of it!

they play off each other.

do a good workout,
eat a good meal with an appetite,
and then get a great nights sleep.

you might find it funny how some problem just cease to exist without ever really having to "solve" them.
