Rose quartz and vertigo

Can anyone explain why rose quartz is helpful in alleviating vertigo?

Rose Quartz is very soothing and reasuring like recieving a loving embrace.
A good grounding crystal such as Haemotite will help you find your feet during an attack and is very protective of its wearer.
