Hi everyone,
I’ve been having an off few weeks, my right shoulder and neck has a spasm and my stomach and bowels (IBS) have been inflamed and acting up.  Healing would be great.

hI HAVE you thought about trying aloe vera juice you can find a supply via forever living it will help with the IBS and aches and pains in joints etc. just a thought hope you are feeling better soon
