Hi Shinto,
I have a couple of suggestions which hopefully will help you to get yourself sorted out:
Firstly, you could try a bit of reverse psychology on yourself
I am seriously stuck with reiki. I am lacking motivation, lacking energy, enthusiasm, drive - everything feels broken and I need to get it fixed.
It might sound like a bit of a weird suggestion, but the next time you are having thoughts such as these, instead of trying to perhaps fathom, grasp the problem and fix it, say things to yourself such as "I am
determined to stay lacking in energy... I
really want to lack enthusiasm for ever more... everything is broken and I
absolutely definately want it to stay that way
forever!" say it with absolute stead fast determination and conviction, within seconds your mind will no doubt come up with the counter/defensive arguments to these statements... and, if you can stop yourself laughing

, maybe you'll have thoughts such as "come on now you have energy, otherwise how could you do such and such" and "you
do have enthusiasm remember how you
blank blank blank" and "there is not a chance that everything will stay broken forever - do not be ridiculous!"
Then the very next time you have those original negative thoughts do the same thing again... pretty soon I'm sure you'll have trained your mind to come up with the positive side of the situation - try to be dilligent and don't slip back into those
habitual negative thought patterns - because that all they are - bad habits

Secondly, you could find and attend a Reiki share. I remember in a previous thread you said that you feel little or nothing when self treating or when treating your husband... being around other people who are possibly in the same predicament as yourself with Reiki and getting the Reiki flowing between you, I am pretty sure would move things along nicely. I don't know if you've ever had a hands on Reiki treatment from more than one person at a time... but you can certainly feel it! Also, it's nice and makes you feel good to receive thanks and positive feedback from those you have given a treatment to

I hope this helps, I'd love to know how you get on... keep us posted

Take care, Strawberry
