So, my name is Jerry, i live in northern savo, in finland, i got super intrested in these "energy healing" things few months ago, i learned Quantum touch from a friend, and her big brother told me about reiki healing.
so i got super intrested in reiki too = )
I was wondering about getting a Violet flame reiki attunement, but i have a few questions too.
First, Lets say i have a reiki attunement, how do i "start" the healing or the energy flow?
and next is the meditation thing, you guys have any guide for meditation?
sorry for these newbie questions but i only recently got intrested in energy-healing and all energy/spirit stuff = ) So basically i don't know anything, but you have to start somewhere right ; )
