Tingling hands and arms

Hi I have been working on my computer the last couple of days and have been sitting really badly.  I know this causes problems but had put it to the back of my mind and just got on with it.  So now i am suffering - my hands and arms are tingling due to my rubbish seating.
Can you send reiki please.   :'( as  its really sore now in my hands, arms, shoulders and neck.
