Help - ambulance called last night - blood pressure emergency

Hi all,

I'm Reiki Level 1 attuned - Reiki has lowered my blood pressure over the years, but for some reason it's just gone through the roof and is staying there - ambulance came last night when heart went all over the place. I sense I've picked up some bad energy from somewhere, but can't shake it off.

Help please kind people. With thanks and kind wishes to everyone.

Thanks very much Goldenllight and strawberry. Something v strange happened - getting back to normal now - thanks so much for your help :-). It was almost as though there was some kind of energy shift or something, or I suddenly lapped up a load of negative energy? Very bizarre. Both my Doctor and Reiki Master were a bit mystified. Me too!

Blood pressure back to normal now (yay!) - I feel I'm going through period of rather heavy cleansing after Reiki I attunement - seems to have lasted a long time - if anyone has any more reiki energy to send my way, I'd be grateful.

Hello Shinto - yes, I'm level 1 attuned and self treating - can definitely feel Reiki energy very clearly now and I slowly but surely appear to be improving my self treatment skills. With best wishes, Lorcan
