Hello everyone! This is my first post!
I self attuned to reiki II last week and I think it has worked because the sensations in my hands are much stronger, at least twice as powerful as before.
I just wanted some advice as I am trying out the symbols but I'm not sure if they are really working or whether I'm just imagining it! I tried sending myself a distant self treatment and I did feel energy all around me, but I would like to know more from others who have been using reiki II for longer so that I can be sure.
What are your experiences of using the symbols? Do you feel feel any sensations while you are drawing them? Do the 3 symbols feel different from each other? Is there any way I can test whether I have successfully initiated myself?
