Hi all,

   My name is Ian. I just introduced myself in the introductions forum, but neglected to mention that I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis. I am an active 21 year old; Rheumatoid Arthritis is an autoimmune condition, as opposed to the "normal" (osteo)arthritis that elderly people/athletes get.

   I have severe pain in my SI joints in my back, upper back, neck, knees, heels and heel cords. If anyone ever feels compelled or would like to send Reiki, please feel free and do so. I would be eternally grateful.
