Even if you can only sit for 5 or ten min at a time, you have meditated and are successful.  As they say, start where you are.

:) i too thought like that until i tryed the Toilet Meditation at work and at home ;)
There you are alone on your own :)

Start with toilet meditation for 5-10 minutes and with time increase as mucg as you feel.
Remember this is not a race.

Take one step at a time :) ok

Thank you, freinds (I hope I may call you so?)!  :-*

I started to give a Reiki session to myself every night before the sleep time, BUT I can't reach to the end of session, if I do it on bed, because I will fall asleep always (usually when my hands reach the stomach). I have heard that although I will be asleep, Reiki still continues and does it's work. Is it really so?

It is not important whether youfall a sleep during your reiki session. What is important is that you focus on calming your body and let energy be as it is without involving the ego self.

It is about letting go of clinging not to start clinging to new ideas about reiki or what not :)

Calm your conditioned ego self in meditation.

It is just a way to prepare the whole body mind and soul into the journey of a healing session.
Ask yourself:
Don't you change your clothes while going bed? Why do you do so? What happens if you don't do so?
Can you make any similarity to gassho?
