Audio Attunement?

Hey guys I recently attuned me and my friend to KR 1, 2, and 3 using ole gabrielsons audio file. But does anyone here know how to make a audio attunement?

Ok guys, I figured out after searching everywhere I finally emailed ole for some kind of info. All you have to do is find a relaxation music or sound and say to your higher self.

"(attunement name) into mp3 (or video)" warn that if anyone copy's the mp3 and sells it without permission will disrupt the energy.
