Please send healing

Hi
I am a 37 year old woman , from South London, in the UK.I have had a sinus infection for past few weeks.I have taken medication but would like some extra healing as its very uncomfortable.Also feeling very stressed recently which I'm sure doesn't help.I cant seem to switch of and the anxiety builds.
I would be extremely grateful for any healing you can send
